Our office is always looking for community members who are interested in helping us welcome new students during orientation, set up Global Festival, and more.

Volunteer with Community Volunteers for International Programs

CVIP is an all-volunteer group that works with OISS to promote mutual cross-cultural education, understanding, appreciation and friendship between the greater Lansing community and Michigan State University's international students, scholars and their families, through a variety of programs and services, which are free and open to all MSU international students and scholars. Find out more information about Community Volunteers for International Programs.

Attend OISS Events

Our Featured Events are designed to facilitate intercultural communication and cross-cultural learning. Everyone is welcome to attend and to learn from each other. See our Featured Programs and other OISS events for the latest information.
