Pre-register for Vaccine Halloween

Having trouble with the registration link?

Log in to MyOISS and look under Important Resources for Vaccine Halloween registration.

What you need to pre-register

You will need to submit immunization records for yourself and/or any family members you are registering.

If your immunization records are not in English, you must also provide an English translation.
You may prepare your own translation or use translation tools, including MSU-approved AI tools available through your university account, to create an unofficial English translation for review by healthcare providers.

Please note:

  • AI-generated translations may contain errors.
  • Healthcare professionals may request additional documentation or clarification.
  • An unofficial translation does not replace an official or certified translation when one is required.

Immunization records will be securely shared with the Ingham County Health Department. Health department staff will review the records and make vaccine recommendations for each participant.
