OISS is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

• If you need EMERGENCY assistance outside these business hours, please call OISS at 517-353-1720 to be connected with the staff member on call. 
• For non-emergency assistance, please email OISS at oiss(at)msu.edu.

OISS staff are working both onsite (in the office) and remotely. The OISS lobby is open 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00-5:00pm for limited walk-in assistance.

• The lobby will be closed from 12:00pm-1:00pm.
