OISS uses eShipGlobal to send immigration documents worldwide by FedEx, DHL, and UPS. eShipGlobal is offered by University Express Mail Service (UEMS) and provides a simple way for you to create an account, choose your preferred shipping company, pay for shipping and track your package. 

Register for an Account

Register and activate your account at University Express Mail Services. Registration and activation of your account is free.

Request Shipping

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Click the “Receive” option.

  3. Type “Michigan State University” in the search box, or select it from the drop down list.

  4. Select “Michigan State University” and then "Continue."

  5. Select the specific university department “Office for INTL Students & Scholars” and then "Continue."

  6. Complete the shipping form, Student ID number (MSU Personal ID Number beginning with the letter “A”, and select "Ship/Quote." P.O. Box addresses are generally not preferred by express carriers. If entering a P.O. Box address, be sure you provide the complete physical address where the P.O. Box is located in order to avoid delays or misdelivery. 

  7. On the confirmation page, check your shipment details.

  8. On the same page, complete the credit card information form.

  9. Select "Confirm" to advance to the shipment summary page. Verify the information you submitted. Errors in the credit card information or incorrect/incomplete addresses will result in shipping delays.

  10. eShipGlobal will notify OISS that you have requested shipping and we will mail your document(s) to you. 

Track Your Package

You can track the shipment using the tracking number provided by eShipGlobal.
