The Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS) is aware that our international students, scholars, faculty and staff are in unique situations due to COVID-19. We know you have been impacted by travel concerns, public health fears, academic challenges and worries about your family and relatives. OISS wants to reaffirm our support for you. We are here for you. We want to provide you the most up to date information.

OISS has issued a letter about the university’s plans for the Spring 2023 semester. Students applying for a visa or traveling are advised to print a copy and carry it with them in case they are asked about MSU’s plans.
