The City of East Lansing, Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS) and the Community Volunteers for International Programs (CVIP) host East Lansing Welcomes the World every year during Fall semester at the East Lansing Public Library.

East Lansing Welcomes the World introduces international students and scholars to the community. The event is free and open to all community members, international students and scholars, and their families.
