International Vaccine Halloween

Come to the International Vaccine Halloween event for all int'l students, scholars and their families! This event has two parts:
#1 PREPARE IN ADVANCE
( #1 is not required to attend #2 but strongly recommended)
#2 GET YOUR VACCINES


#1 PREPARE IN ADVANCE:
( #1 is not required to attend #2 but strongly recommended)
Tuesday, October 27th, 2015 
11am-2pm, Room 305 International Center OR
4pm-7pm, Spartan Village Community Center

Do I need a vaccine and what are they?
Do my kids need vaccines?
When should I get vaccinated?
How much does this cost?

Come to our information table at EITHER TIME with your vaccine records and your questions and receive a FREE personal consultation with the health professionals from the Ingham County Health Department and OISS! Chinese translator available.

Please bring:
• Health insurance policy documents
• Vaccination record (any language!)

#2 GET YOUR VACCINES:
Saturday, October 31, 2015 
10am-2pm Int. Center Food Court:

• Free or low cost vaccines for adults and kids
• Open to all international students, scholars and families with or without insurance
• Halloween candy for all!
• 12pm costume contest for kids
• Holiday arts & crafts
