East Lansing Welcomes the World Event

The City of East Lansing, Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS) and the Community Volunteers for International Programs (CVIP) will host the 5th Annunal East Lansing Welcomes the World event on Sunday, September 28th from 2:30-4:30pm. Please join us to celebrate with food, fun and friends! 

The event, set to take place at the East Lansing Public Library, will welcome international students to the community and celebrate over 50 years of service by CVIP. The East Lansing Welcomes the World event is FREE and open to all community members. A free shuttle buses  will run on a loop from MSU's campus to the East Lansing Public Library from 2-5pm stopping at:

  • North Hubbard Hall
  • International Center
  • Spartan Village
  • Community Center

Join us in welcoming new international students to our campus and community. This is a family-friendly event!
