East Lansing Welcomes the World

The City of East Lansing, Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS) and the Community Volunteers for International Programs (CVIP) will host the 2nd Annual East Lansing Welcomes the World event on Sunday, October 02, 2011. Please join us to celebrate with FOOD, FUN and FRIENDS!

The event, set to take place at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center from 3-5 p.m., will welcome international students to the community and celebrate 50 years of service by CVIP. The East Lansing Welcomes the World event is free and open to all community members.

There will be short speeches by the Mayor of East Lansing and MSU President SImon, awards, student performances and international food provided by local restaurants.
